Can I lose custody of child if I had sex with another man while pregnant?

Yes, I know Im stupid, foolish and a whore so those comments are needed. I am however a great mom that did something foolish.

I had sex (protected) with another man while pregnant with my husbands child. Im am now looking to divorce him but am afraid he will find out about my affair and try and get sole custody of my children. Can he fight me on this and win?

An affair alone won't be enough for him to prove to the court that you're an unfit parent. But it won't help your cause, either.
